"I stopped in my local cycle gear recently to address a minor problem with a helmet I had purchased previously for my girlfriend. As usual, the staff was very helpful and not only handled the return without hassle, but took the time to help her find another model that fit her even better. The staff couldn't be more courteous or helpful, especially the guy who I think is the manager. Always helpful and pleasant to deal with. We ended up going in just to swap the helmet out, but they were so helpful we ended up leaving with a great deal on a nice new riding jacket for her too. I'm glad cycle gear is in my neighborhood, and I hope they stick around!"
